SPARK! Philippines, in collaboration with Sony Music Philippines through Sony Music’s Global Justice Fund, presented inspiring stories directed by Carmen del Prado. These narratives showcased the experiences of young Filipino women from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, such as Maricar Santos Roque, Robyn Camille Mijares, Caith Polinar Aniñon, and Irish Trixie Miras.
In this docufilm, crafted by Carmen del Prado, Susan Larsson, and Margot Catmunan, these four young women's personal challenges, triumphs, and contributions to society are vividly portrayed. Their stories offer a glimpse into the four young women's diverse struggles and contributions to society.
The film's emotional depth is further enriched by the musical scoring and sound design talents of Pat Lasaten and Agnes Reoma, with musical curation by Pat Lasaten, Agnes Reoma, Barbie Almalbis, Hazel Faith, and Sofia Abrogar. The soundtrack features soul-stirring tracks, including 'SA MGA BITUIN' by Hazel Faith, 'ARAW - ARAW' by Ben&Ben, 'IYONG - IYO' by Barbie Almalbis, and 'TODAY I WANT TO LIVE' by Any Name's Okay.
